THE PINK DRINK

Hello Classy People,

The Hottest Summer Accessory Isn’t a Handbag. It’s a Pink Drink.

Forget the It bag. Move over, oversized sunglasses.
This summer’s most photographed fashion accessory fits perfectly in one hand—and no, it isn’t another tiny clutch that can’t even hold your lip balm.

It’s a pink drink.

Walk backstage after a fashion show? Pink drink.
Celebrate a magazine cover that just went viral? Pink drink.
Finish a campaign shoot after surviving twelve hours in heels? Pink drink.
Meet your stylist “for five minutes” that somehow turns into three hours?
Pink drink.

Models have one.
Designers have one.
Editors have one.
Influencers somehow have two.

At this point, Coffee is looking around, wondering, “Did I miss the casting call?”

To be fair, the famous blush-colored drink has earned its runway moment. Inspired by the well-known combination of a Strawberry Açaí Refresher with creamy coconut milk and tropical fruit notes, it has become almost as recognizable as an all-black backstage uniform.
The good news? You don’t need to queue at a café every day.
Its flavors are surprisingly easy to recreate at home with accessible ingredients.

Dress the Ingredients

Every great outfit begins with the right pieces. So does every great pink drink.

🍓 Strawberries — The Supermodel
The undeniable cover star. Bright, photogenic, naturally sweet, and incapable of taking a bad picture. Strawberries provide vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, helping support the immune system while contributing to healthy skin.

🥥 Coconut Milk — The Quiet Luxury
Minimalist. Creamy. Expensive-looking without necessarily being expensive. Coconut milk glides through the drink like perfectly tailored ivory silk, giving it that dreamy pastel finish while adding healthy fats and a velvety texture.

🫐 Açaí — The Mysterious Fashion Editor
Rarely loud, always influential. Açaí brings its deep berry notes and natural pigments while contributing antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which help protect cells from oxidative stress.

🍑 Passion Fruit — The Creative Director
Unexpected. Vibrant. Slightly dramatic—in the best possible way. Passion fruit delivers tropical acidity, vitamin C, vitamin A, and beneficial plant compounds that brighten both the drink and your taste buds.

ICE — The Minimalist Stylist
Never asks for attention but somehow makes everyone else look better.

Runway-Worthy Recipe

Mix together:

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup chilled coconut milk
- ½ cup passion fruit juice or passion fruit pulp
-1 teaspoon açaí powder (or a splash of unsweetened açaí puree)
- Ice cubes

Optional: a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if your strawberries aren’t feeling particularly cooperative.

Blend until smooth.

Pour.

Photograph.

Then, if fashion etiquette allows, actually drink it before the ice melts.

Pink Has Officially Taken Over

Pink isn’t only appearing in my wardrobe anymore.

It’s sneaking into my social media feed.
It’s finding its way onto mood boards.
It’s appearing in collections from spring through resort.
And now it’s living quite comfortably inside my favorite summer glass.

The best trend of the season might not be something you wear.

It might be something you sip, preferably after a successful runway show, an editorial feature, or simply surviving fashion week without losing your phone charger.

Just remember: moderation is still in style… even if everyone around you seems to be holding a pink drink.
