Some trends are fleeting, while others stand the test of time. 

As I work to identify three, the decision-making process becomes increasingly challenging.

Tie The Jacket

Around The Waist!

This 90's fashion trend embodies a relaxed, laid-back style while keeping your hands free for practicality.

Although it's less formal than draping a jacket over your shoulders, it works perfectly for casual settings.

Regardless of the generations that have come since the 90's, this styling choice remains popular and frequently appears in everyday outfits, whether it's intentional or not.

I don't often opt for this look myself, but there are moments when it really shines!

PLAID

Plaid was a standout trend for spring/summer 2025, proving itself to be a timeless design element that continually makes a comeback.

While historically associated with rebellious styles from the 90s, such as the iconic red micro skirts, plaid has evolved into a versatile staple in fashion.

Its diverse color palette allows for creative expression, and I believe that incorporating plaid into outfits can enhance their overall appeal, adding a level of sophistication and smartness.

High-Low Skirts

I frequently wore high-low skirts and dresses in 2011, and I appreciate how this style has its roots in the 1870s, eventually becoming a global trend in the 1920s and 30s.

What I find fascinating is that this particular cut continuously reemerges, proving its timeless appeal despite periods of absence.

I believe it flatters various body types and introduces an artistic flow that distinguishes it from traditional cuts.
