MARRAKESH / LA PALMERAIE
Good Evening Classy People,
It has been more than a year since I haven't visited Marrakesh, which is unfamiliar for someone whose family is from there.
Life has its circumstances, and feelings change throughout situations.
Marrakesh is home, so it's always pleasant to share personal approaches on specific addresses and communicate tips on the lifestyle.
I miss several places, while one tops my list during summer.
La Palmeraie sounds cliché, but a Marrakesh stay can't be complete without it!
Marrakesh is known for being the city of palm trees, and La Palmeraie enhances this historical wealth. Therefore, skipping visiting it means neglecting a glorious side of the ocher city.
People engage in several activities while spending one or several days in La Palmeraie, so I'll go through the list by starting with priorities.
At sunrise or sunset, it's a plan from heaven to wear comfortable garments and a robust pair of sneakers to walk or ride a bike while exploring La Palmeraie.
Several circuits lead to different places hidden between palm trees, and the feeling of discovering mysterious spots boosts anyone's dynamism!
Spending the day at a hotel for a swimming pool pass is also a popular plan, especially from 10 am to 6 pm.
The second traditional plan to accomplish is a camel tour, driving a buggy, and riding a quad bike.
Off-road adventures at La Palmeraie have been a joy for many years, even a common point between different generations.
The beauty of La Palmeraie manifests in its balance. The area attracts multiple physical activities during the day and calms the rhythm down after sunset.
La Palmeraie by night is romantic with its soft shy dim lights that anyone would barely notice behind palm trees. Having dinner or staying the night at a hotel are the main activities because the dominant ambiance is balmy.
One can smoothly hear private properties hosting events choosing lounge music instead of animating with a funky or nightclub atmosphere.
La Palmeraie is a magical location at any moment and a soul savior from the chaos of the city.
