AZEMMOUR / DAR KBIRA

 

Hello Classy People,

Originally from Azemmour, two brothers have decided to lead a touristic business in their hometown. Motivated by the history of this small city of Doukkala, they have selected a house in the old Medina for their business.

A house that was always acknowledged as THE BIG HOUSE, so the brothers kept the name in Moroccan language « DAR KBIRA » to create a guest house.

DAR KBIRA welcomes tourists from Morocco and other countries into a beautiful fresh interior. The youngest brother Youssef explained their journey after buying the house and its renovation. He stated that the entire decoration was inspired by their imagination, which helped them live a moment of pride after seeing the results.

Apart from the principal rooms of DAR KBIRA, we found it incredible to have dedicated an imposing space of the house to a restaurant and a living room.
The restaurant and living room are also accessible to outsiders, so a person is allowed to have a meal without the obligation of booking a room.

I love hotels and guest houses that devote full attention to all visitors, including the ones who are not planning to spend the night.
DAR KBIRA is cozy and has that warm home feeling. Every corner is lovely, I would recommend it to people who are willing to spend a peaceful isolated weekend.
