ESSAOUIRA / PALAZZO DESDEMONA

Hello Classy People,

Staying in a house of the 18th century could only bring joy to my Essaouira stay. Palazzo Desdemona became a Hotel in the 20th century, yet it didn’t lose the peace and comfort of a home.

Famous for being an artistic and cultural Hotel, Palazzo Desdemona’s walls are full of paintings and shelves of books. Different artists expose their work, which is entertaining for the guests and refreshing for the hotel’s decoration.

Each room is different than the other, but they are all cozy and relaxed. Palazzo Desdemona is in the heart of Essaouira city, so no transportation is needed to move and discover places.

A house becomes a home with its habitants, therefore Palazzo Desdemona couldn’t feel great without the service of Mounir Zatar, Abdelillah Moukla, Amine Bensir, Mohammed Roufi, and Fatima’s team. The music at night and during breakfast is always from a nostalgic playlist, so it helps you create a sort of intimacy with the place by recalling memories.

I was pleased with my days at Palazzo Desdemona, and I do recommend this place for adults whose needs are calm and simple.
