Feeling the energy of the city in an interior rich of decorations inspired by the ocean is the exact definition of LES TERRASSES DES SAVEURS.

An Essaouira visit can’t be complete without seafood, so choosing a place that serves a variety of dishes is necessary. An address that I was happy to discover because of its ambiance and delicious food.

The comfort in the restaurant is pleasant. I loved the distance between the table and the ease of the seats. The music in the background is calm, and the smell of the place stimulates the appetite.

The majority of restaurants in Morocco tend to serve olives while clients are waiting for their meals. However, LES TERRASSES DES SAVEURS chose to serve a mashed olives recipe made by their Chef, which is original.

A board is written daily with the suggestions of the Chef, and presented in front of the client. Each table has special care from the serving staff, so everyone gets well-advised before placing an order.

The meals are neatly served, and the taste of freshness is authentic. It was one of the best food experiences I had during my latest Essaouira stay, so of course, I advise it with pleasure.
