EL JADIDA / LIFE AT SCHOOL

Hello Classy People,

Encouraging kids to love their school environment is a priority, but only creative teachers understand it. This is why it is important to set up an example by gathering active teachers to inspire others!

LIFE AT SCHOOL is an initiative that involves more than 700 trainee teachers from El Jadida City, under the supervision of The Regional Center of Trades of Education and Training Casablanca / Settat. Their goal is to practice everything they have learned in theory and introduce the best conditions in order to make kids LOVE school.

I had the honor to be welcomed by the team of trainee teachers who organized activities related to « LIFE AT SCHOOL » at Lalla Amina elementary school. A team of different personalities can only provide a list of various activities, consequently, students had the chance to learn new things.

A Fashion Show was one of the activities organized for the students, which was one of my favorite moments of the visit! It is extremely important to involve kids in activities related to different industries, so they can understand the variety of professional choices.

Witnessing great work by Moroccan teachers is a blast and visiting Lalla Amina elementary school of El Jadida is a blessing. This school was built in 1919 to welcome kids in its classes, so the tradition still goes on 100 years later!

There are no feelings above love and happiness, so we must all make sure to share them with each other. What happened today at El Jadida city shall be an example to other cities, and inspire other teachers!

I also had the pleasure to meet Ahlam Assif, a teacher from Lalla Amina School. She shared with me this amazing mindset of Recycling of waste makes Art.

Ahlam believes that Art is one of the most important factors of education, so she teaches her students to value it. She teaches them to make different decorative pieces from recyclable waste, and the results are beautiful!
